Your personal data shared with Entegrem Elektromekanik Mühendislik Ltd.Şti. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is carefully protected as the data controller. In this context, in order to fulfill our obligation to inform you under Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK"), we present to your attention the rights and practices arising from the KVKK. This Information Text will be valid as of the date of its publication by the Company. The Company may make changes to the Information Text at any time if necessary, and any changes will become effective immediately upon publication of the Information Text on the website.

1. Your processed personal data

Personal data processed by the company, as defined in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), means "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person." Special categories of personal data refer to "data relating to a person's race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data." 4. For what purpose and to whom are your personal data transferred?

The company processes personal data obtained based on explicit consent and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Your collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law, the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, and for the purposes stated below, within the framework of security and confidentiality principles, and with adequate measures taken to ensure that your personal data is limited to the stated purpose.

6. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law)

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), as a personal data owner,

- Requesting information regarding the processing of your personal data.

- To learn the purpose for which your personal data is processed and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose,

- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.

- The right to request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that the correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

- You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that this action be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.

- You have the right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to you, resulting solely from the analysis of your processed data by automated systems.

- You have the right to claim compensation for damages you have suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

As data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights in writing or by filling out the information request form prepared by the Company. You must specify your preferred method in the application form. Depending on the nature of the request, your request will be fulfilled within a maximum of thirty days. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged to you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
