Information Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data Belonging to Suppliers and Supplier Employees

Your personal data shared with Entegrem Elektromekanik Mühendislik Ltd.Şti. (the Company) is protected with utmost care as the data controller. In this context, in order to fulfill the obligation to inform under Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK"), the rights and practices of suppliers and supplier employees arising from the KVKK are presented to your attention. The Company may make changes to this Information Text at any time if necessary, and such changes will become effective immediately upon publication of the Information Text on the website.

1. Your processed personal data

Personal data processed by the company, as defined in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), means "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person." Special categories of personal data refer to "data relating to a person's race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data." With the consent of its employees, the company may obtain, record, store, classify, and retain personal or special categories of personal data, wholly or partially, according to the purpose of obtaining the personal data or for the period stipulated by the relevant laws. 3. Methods of collecting your personal data

Your personal data is obtained electronically through all information and documents you provide, verbally, via email shared verbally or in writing with the Company by the company you work for, through business cards, completed information forms, and agreement forms. Additionally, due to our legal obligations and legitimate interests in ensuring workplace security, data is collected through cameras installed in the workplace building, and through the transmission of legal documents and notifications pertaining to you from authorized institutions and organizations to the Company.

4. For what purpose and to whom are your personal data transferred?

The company processes personal data obtained based on explicit consent and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Your collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law, the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, and for the purposes stated below, within the framework of security and confidentiality principles, and with adequate measures taken to ensure that your personal data is limited to the stated purpose.

6. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law)

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), as a personal data owner,

Ø To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose,

Ø You have the right to request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request that this correction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.

Ø You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that this action be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.

Ø You have the right to object to an outcome that is detrimental to you, resulting solely from the analysis of your processed data by automated systems.

Ø You have the right to claim compensation for damages you have suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

As data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights in writing or by filling out the information request form prepared by the Company. You must specify your preferred method in the application form. Depending on the nature of the request, your request will be fulfilled within a maximum of thirty days. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged to you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
