In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("the Law"), which was published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016 and entered into force, our Company holds the title of Data Controller and is carrying out the necessary compliance work to fulfill the obligations required by this title.
Purpose of the Privacy Notice
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("the Law"), we wish to inform you about "Personal Data Protection" with this Privacy Notice.
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and other relevant legislation, Entegrem Elektromekanik Mühendislik Ltd.Şti. (Atlas Teker), located at Balçık Mahallesi 3215. Sokak No:31/A Gebze / KOCAELİ, acting as the Data Controller, processes and stores all personal data of all individuals associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
Accordingly, we fulfill our obligation to inform and enlighten you about the purposes and methods by which the company's corporate internet service at www.atlasteker.com collects personal data, how this information is used, with whom Atlas Teker may share this information if necessary, what your rights are regarding the personal data collected/processed/stored by Atlas Teker, how you can exercise these rights, how you can change your preferences regarding electronic commercial messages, and Atlas Teker's fundamental principles on these matters.
Definition of Personal Data
Personal data is defined in the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Accordingly, your name, surname, email address, and telephone number that you share with us are considered personal data.

How we store personal data
Your personal data shared with our company is stored on Atlas Teker's secure domestic servers in accordance with relevant legal regulations, KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) provisions, and Atlas Teker standards.
How long do we retain personal data?
At Atlas Teker, we store your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). According to KVKK Article 7/f.1, when the purpose requiring processing ceases to exist and/or when the time limits obligating us to process your data under legislation expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized and continue to be used by us.
In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; records regarding the withdrawal of consent will be kept for 1 year from that date; and all other records regarding the content of the commercial electronic message and its transmission will be kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry if necessary. In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK Law), you can submit your request, including your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise from the rights mentioned above, along with the necessary information to identify your identity, by filling out the application form at www.atlasteker.com and delivering a signed copy of the form in person to the address İstasyon Mahallesi 1495. Sokak No:9 Gebze/Kocaeli, sending it via notary public or other methods specified in the KVK Law, or sending it with a secure electronic signature to info@atlasteker.com. a) Your name, surname, and signature (if the application is in writing),
b) For Turkish citizens, your Turkish Republic identity number; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or identity number if you have one.
c) Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
d) If applicable, your email address, telephone and fax number for notification purposes,
e) The subject of your request,
It is mandatory to provide this information and any relevant documents and information, if available, to be attached to the application.
Our company will process your requests free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Written applications regarding your requests will be processed after identity verification by the company, and you will be contacted within the legal timeframes.
Your Rights Regarding the Data Processing Process
If an application submitted following the procedure outlined above is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is given within the specified time frame, the applicant has the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") within thirty days of notification of the response and in any case within sixty days of the application date. However, the complaint procedure cannot be initiated without exhausting the application procedure.
Blocking electronic messages
You can unsubscribe from emails, SMS messages, or instant messaging services that we send you for marketing, campaign, or advertising purposes at any time using the methods provided in the messages. In this case, unless otherwise required by law, your personal data in our databases will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Applicable Law, Competent Courts and Enforcement Offices
This Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Istanbul Anatolian and Kocaeli Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the application of this Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Consent.
