Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016, and numbered 29677, which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, primarily the right to privacy, in the processing of personal data, and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, published in the Official Gazette dated March 10, 2018, and numbered 30356, we would like to inform you about your personal data processed by our company, Entegrem Elektromekanik Mühendislik Ltd.Şti. ("the Company"), through this Information Notice.

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data may be processed by Entegrem Elektromekanik Mühendislik Ltd.Şti., as the data controller, in the manner described below.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, for the purposes of examining, evaluating, and responding to requests from official authorities or from you.

Such Personal Data are processed only with the explicit consent of the Data Subject, except in cases where there are legal regulations regarding the processing of data.

Method and legal basis for collecting personal data.

Your personal data is collected by the Company for the purposes stated above, through physical submission by the data subject, website membership, distance selling contracts, cookies placed on websites, our website and mobile application, call centers, and social media accounts, verbally, in writing, or electronically, using automated or non-automated methods.

Your Rights Under Law No. 6698

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to the Company regarding the processing of your personal data;

a) To find out whether personal data is being processed,

b) Requesting information regarding the processing of personal data,

c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose.

c) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.

d) Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data).

f) Requesting that the actions taken pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

g) The right to object to a result that is detrimental to the individual, arising solely from the analysis of processed data by automated systems.

h) You may always exercise your right to claim compensation for damages and request information if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
